The gang of 14 includes McCain, Ben Nelson, Pryor, Warner, Byrd, Graham, Snowe, DeWine, Lieberman, Landrieu, Collins and Salazar who spoke at the press conf. Inouye and Chafee also joined.

There will be votes on Brown, Owens and Pryor...no filibuster on them.

Filibusters allowed in "only extreme circumstances" whatever that means.
