Would Robertson and Sheldon filibuster Muslim-American judges?

Seems they don't want to see Muslim-Americans get judgeships or other key appointments, so would they filibuster them? And isn't this the same kind of religious litmus test that they falsely accuse Democrats of having? Come on, groups fighting the judge thing, use this!
