The TV networks shouldn't broadcast Bush's propaganda speech

I'd mentioned this last night. Atrios chimes in, as does David Corn. Bush's speech is nothing more than a PR stunt to raise his poll numbers. Nothing has happened to prompt the speech, there's no news on Iraq, no new policy he's unveiling, nothing. Why cover this speech?
