Please let me be the first to offer this insight.
As many wing nuts babbled ad nauseum about Katrina being God’s very own way of saying how pissed he was at the gays and other New Orleans debauchery, I will assume that Rita is the man upstairs saying that George W, Tom DeLay, Rick Perry, et al, have pissed him off royally.
