You have to watch the tape to get a sense of how bad this really is. Matthews is sucking up to Delay like nobody's business. And the very end of the tape is the worst, where Matthews talks about how much he "owes" Delay.
Really Chris, what do you owe Delay and how do you plan on paying him back? And what's NBC's policy, if any, on journalist "owing" their sources who are also subjects of their own reporting?
