GOP Congress votes to control costs - gives up raise - NOT

With all of the economic challenges, the GOP voted overwhelmingly against giving themselves yet another pay raise (the 7th straight pay raise) so they could show unity with the American people who are being hit with job insecurity, rising costs, a housing slowdown and a negative stock market. Nah, just kidding.
