Haven't we been here before?

And before...and before...and before...and before...and before. US troops fighting the al Sadr militia again. I recall many suggesting this was going to happen during the early stand off but the US simply did not have the troops to take this guy on so they backed off only to re-fight the al Sadr militia over and over. Why does Bush not want America to win in Iraq?
