Judge orders 16 precincts to stay open until 10:00pm in Cleveland

This just in from CNN, a federal judge has ordered that 16 precincts in Cleveland stay open until 10pm in order to allow people to vote - this morning there were apparently technical problems (or something) that stopped lots of people from voting in that area.
