US now starting to accept Iraqi refugees

Since the US invasion over 2 million have left Iraq but until now only a few hundred had been accepted to resettle in the US. The new plan will allow 7,000 which is still a very small number but a move in the right direction. If the US is going to make a mess of other countries, it will again have to accept the responsibility of the safety of its people.
