The Dow is down 370 points -- a three percent drop:

Stocks plummeted on Wall Street on Tuesday after a business survey provided another strong signal that the United States may be in the early stages of a recession.

And, as Mitt Romney keeps telling us, the GOP front-runner, John McCain, doesn't know much about the economy.
