Hillary Clinton's over reliance on West Virginia is starting to sound like George Bush defending the "coalition of the willing" because a country like Estonia sent troops to Iraq. Yes, she won, as expected. And, yes, Estonia sent 40 troops to Iraq. But, neither of those facts change the fundamentals. Both situations desperately need an exit strategy.
