Evan Bayh, 89% rating at the Human Rights Campaign

I'm watching all the speculation about Indiana Senator Evan Bayh as a possible VP for Obama. And checked his support for gay rights - he has an 89% rating from HRC, which is pretty damn good. Here's a contrary view on Bayh more generally.
