John McCain was homeless? I'm just very curious if the voters aren't going to find it strange that the McCain campaign and their surrogates, every day now, keep using John McCain's POW experience as an excuse to deflect any and all criticism. Will the public see this as too much? And calling McCain "homeless"? It's all just a bit odd. Especially when the media used to say that McCain was loathe to use his Vietnam experience for political gain. Vietnam now seems to be the central talking for his entire campaign. Which raises another question - how does McCain's Vietnam experience help him fix the economy? And one final point - it seems that John McCain is basing his qualifications for president on something that happened almost 40 years ago. Will voters find such experience laudable but a bit old?
