Great O'Reilly quote, right now:
"Look, the telling moment for me, and I said it in the Talking Points Memo, was when Jake Tapper, from ABC, a good reporter, says a very simple thing: 'Mr. President, will you veto the bill if it doesn't have your little cap [pause] and [pause] thing [waves hand in air] on the energy deal...' "Cap and thing? Doesn't sound simple.
