The Lone Star State Loon: Texas Governor talks secession. Doesn't that border on rebellion, insurrection or sedition?

Keith Olbermann and Jim Moore discuss the latest insanity from the Governor of Texas, Rick Perry. He's talking about secession. Seriously.

Aren't there laws against this? How about "Rebellion or insurrection" (18 USC § 2383) or maybe "seditious conspiracy" (18 USC § 2384)? I'm serious. This is getting out of control. Perry should end up in a federal prison. (And, I'm not going to make any jokes about Rick Perry being in jail. I'm not. This is too serious.)
