Thursday Morning Open Thread

Good morning.

So, another rabidly homophobic, sanctimonious right-winger is a fraud. What a surprise.

The GOP is imploding before our eyes. No cred. No leaders. No ideas. No power. The surprise, however, is that so many Democrats here in DC still take the Republicans seriously and worry about bipartisanship. But, there are some leaders, some staffers and some high-paid consultants who are still acting like Republicans matter. They're the only ones who empower the GOP.

Tonight is the DNC's gay fundraiser. Be interesting to see just which gay Dems. show up. The gay ATM should be closed. But, no doubt, some will attend. Those who have jobs, want administration jobs or need something from the Obama administration. Wasn't to hard to connect the dots. We'll have more later, of course.
